How to Check Deleted Messages on Instagram
Unfortunately, you can't recover deleted messages directly on Instagram. But you can try requesting your data from Instagram by going to Settings > Security > Download Data.

Once a message is deleted on Instagram, it's gone for good. You could ask the other person to resend it, though!
I tried contacting Instagram support once, but they confirmed that deleted messages can't be retrieved. Your best bet is to capture important messages before deleting them.
