Just a quick note: Gifts you've accepted are no longer in your inventory; they're part of your game library now. So, if you're looking for a game you've already added to your library, that's where you'll find it. Only unpacked gifts show up in your inventory!
IDK why everyone makes it sound complicated. Just go to your game library. If you can play it, it's there. Simple.
