Just check your email for confirmation from Warframe. If you have it, you'll see it there.
Go to your Orbiter, open the Inventory screen, and look for the Prime gear there. If it's shiny and says 'Prime,' you got it!
Who needs to check? Just jump into a mission and see if you're wrecking enemies with flashy Prime gear!
Check your foundry, my dude! If you've got Prime components, they should be in there waiting to be built.
