First, turn off and unplug your PlayStation. Use a microfiber cloth to wipe the exterior. For the vents, a can of compressed air works wonders. Just be gentle!

Unplug it, dust it off, and you're good. No need to overthink it.

Keep it simple: dust lightly and use canned air for the hard-to-reach places. Done and done.

I've been cleaning my PS4 every few months for years. Use a soft brush to clean around buttons and ports. It's been keeping my console in top shape.

Gently vacuum the vents to remove dust. Then, wipe down the console with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
