Unplug your PS3, open it up (warranty be damned), and use compressed air to blast away the dust clinging to the fan!
Compressed air is your best friend. Turn off, unplug, and blast those vents clean!
Cleaning out my PS3 fan was a breeze鈥攍iterally. I just powered it down, unplugged it, and used short bursts of compressed air to clear out the dust. The difference in noise and performance was immediate!
