Ugh, iPhones really need a 'Clear Cache' button... all you can do is reinstall the app. :/
On iPhone, you can't clear cache like on Android. Reinstalling the Facebook app can help!
For the browser version, just clear your browser's cache. Ctrl+Shift+Del and select 'Cached images and files'!
