How to Clear Cache on Roku TV
Try this: From the Roku Home screen, press the Home button 5 times, then the Up button once, Rewind twice, and Fast Forward twice. Your Roku will restart and clear the cache!

Easiest method: Unplug your Roku TV for around 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Simple but effective!
I've found restarting your Roku through Settings works well. Just go to Settings > System > System restart. No more cache issues!
