I've done this myself! Head to your Activity Log, select 'Videos You've Watched,' and click the three dots next to each video to delete.
Why bother? Just enjoy the vids and let the history be history!
Facebook really should make this easier to find. But yeah, it's in your Activity Log, under 'Videos You've Watched.' Just delete them one by one.
