How to Combine Steam Accounts
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't actually merge Steam accounts. Steam's policy is pretty clear about keeping accounts separate. What you can do, though, is use the Family Sharing feature to access games across multiple accounts. Just keep in mind the owner's games are off-limits if they're playing one.

You can't combine Steam accounts, period. Best you can do is share your games with family.
Nope. Can't merge them. But hey, sharing games with Family Sharing is almost as good. You just can't both play the same game at the same time. Learned that the hard way when my bro kicked me off my own game!
