Getting rid of Corruption in Terraria is a big task, but it's doable with some dedication! First up, use Purification Powder sold by the Dryad or get yourself a Clentaminator from the Steampunker, which sprays solutions that can cleanse or spread biomes. Spray the Clentaminator with Green Solution over the corrupted areas to purify them. Remember, it's easier to maintain if you act fast and stop the spread early on, especially right after defeating the Wall of Flesh. Also, making hellevators (straight, vertical tunnels) around the Corruption can help contain it, making cleansing efforts more manageable.

Sunflowers, dude. Plant them at the Corruption's edges to stop it from spreading. Simple but effective!

Honestly, just start a new world. If your world's overrun by Corruption, it might be easier than trying to salvage it.
