To completely wipe out Rise of Kingdoms from your Android, go to Settings > Apps > Rise of Kingdoms > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache, then uninstall the app.

Just go to the app settings, clear the data, and then uninstall it. Bye-bye, kingdom!

Had to do this once. Definitely make sure to clear data before uninstalling to get rid of all game files.
