Easy peasy! Turn on your Xbox Series S, press the Xbox button on the first controller to turn it on, then press and hold the sync button on the controller and the console until they connect. Repeat for the second controller!

Actually, I found it easiest to connect one controller using the USB cable and the other wirelessly. Try that if you hit any snags!
