Bad news: there's no way to connect an Xbox 360 directly to an Xbox One. Good news: lots of 360 games are backward compatible!

I tried this last weekend. You can't connect them directly, but you can use Xbox Live to play some 360 games on your Xbox One. Just download the games if you own them digitally, or pop the disc into the Xbox One.
