First, check that your Xbox One controller is Bluetooth-enabled (it should be if it's the newer version). Open the Bluetooth settings on your Mac, press and hold the Sync button on the controller until the Xbox logo starts flashing, then select the controller in the Bluetooth device list on your Mac.

I鈥檝e done this a bunch of times. Just hold down the sync button on the controller until it flashes. On your Mac, go to Bluetooth settings and pair it. Done and done!

For a wired connection, just grab a micro-USB cable, plug it into your controller and your Mac. Bam! Instant connection.

Make sure your controller has Bluetooth. Hold the sync button until it blinks, then pair it in Mac鈥檚 Bluetooth settings. Easy peasy!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
