How to Connect an Xbox Controller to a Computer
NoticingPuff路5 months agoEasy peasy! If it's a wired controller, just plug it into your USB port. Done! For a wireless one, hold the sync button on your controller and the one on your computer (or Xbox Wireless Adapter) until they pair.

Just get a USB cable, any micro-USB or USB-C (depends on your controller model) should work. Plug and play, really. Simple!
Here's how I do it: For a wireless connection, I turn on my controller, press the Xbox button, then hold the sync button until it blinks. I go to my PC settings, hit 'Devices', 'Bluetooth & other devices', and select 'Add Bluetooth or other device'. Choose 'Bluetooth', select 'Xbox Wireless Controller', and it鈥檚 game on!
Forget cables; go for wireless! Use that built-in Bluetooth your PC probably has. Just turn on Bluetooth, sync the controller, and you're all set!
