Easy peasy! If it's a wired controller, just plug it into your USB port. Done! For a wireless one, hold the sync button on your controller and the one on your computer (or Xbox Wireless Adapter) until they pair.

Just get a USB cable, any micro-USB or USB-C (depends on your controller model) should work. Plug and play, really. Simple!

Here's how I do it: For a wireless connection, I turn on my controller, press the Xbox button, then hold the sync button until it blinks. I go to my PC settings, hit 'Devices', 'Bluetooth & other devices', and select 'Add Bluetooth or other device'. Choose 'Bluetooth', select 'Xbox Wireless Controller', and it鈥檚 game on!

Forget cables; go for wireless! Use that built-in Bluetooth your PC probably has. Just turn on Bluetooth, sync the controller, and you're all set!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
