Just use the USB cable that came with the console and plug it in. Press the PS button and it's connected!

Honestly, just plug it in with the USB cable and press the PS button. Why overcomplicate things?

Pro tip from my gaming dungeon: I always sync my DualShock 4 with a USB cable first, then I go wireless. Never had a problem this way!

Easy peasy! For PS4, plug the controller into the console with a USB cable, then press the PS button. Done! For PS5, repeat the same steps, but you can also use Bluetooth by holding the PS and Create buttons until the light bar starts flashing, then pair it via the console's settings.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
