You can just use Steam's built-in support. Open Steam, go to Big Picture Mode, and pair your controller via Bluetooth from there. Easy peasy!

The easiest way is to use Bluetooth! Just hold the PS and Share buttons on your PS4 controller until the light bar starts flashing, then go to your PC's Bluetooth settings and pair it. BOOM! You're gaming wirelessly!
