Honestly, just connect your speakers to your TV. Too many wires otherwise!

Win official PlayStation gift cards by playing games on Playbite!

You can connect external speakers to your PS4 using a digital optical cable. If your speakers don't have an optical input, try using the TV as a middleman by connecting the PS4 to the TV via HDMI and then hooking up the speakers to the TV.

I had my speakers connected to my PS4 through the controller's headphone jack. It worked perfectly! Just needed a 3.5mm to RCA cable.

Easy peasy! Use the optical audio port on the PS4 to connect your speakers if they have an optical input. If not, you can use an adapter or connect via the controller's headphone jack.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
