I've done this myself! Open PUBG Mobile, head over to Settings, select Basic, and you'll find the option to link your Twitch account. Super easy!

Easy peasy! Just link your Twitch account in the PUBG Mobile app. Go to Settings > Basic > Link, and choose Twitch. Done!
