You can't connect Beats directly to Xbox One because it doesn't support Bluetooth audio. Your best bet is to use a Bluetooth adapter.

Sorry to break it to you, but Bluetooth audio devices, including Beats, aren't natively supported by Xbox One. However, you can use a Bluetooth transmitter connected to the controller's 3.5mm jack as a workaround!
