Super easy! Plug the HDMI cable into the HDMI port on your Xbox 360, then plug the other end into your TV's HDMI input. Turn both on, and switch your TV's input source to the right HDMI port. Boom, you're gaming!

Don't have an HDMI port? No worries! Use the component AV cable. Connect the color-coded plugs (red, blue, green for video; white, red for audio) into the matching ports on both the Xbox and TV. Set your TV to the right input, and you're ready to go!

As someone who set up their Xbox 360 in a dorm room with an old TV, I had to use the standard AV cables (yellow, red, white). Plug them into the Xbox and TV, switch to the AV input on your TV, and it worked like a charm!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
