Timing is everything! Try swinging just a tad earlier or later depending on the pitch speed, and keep an eye on the PCI (Plate Coverage Indicator) to match the ball’s location.

Use Contact Swing! Press O on PlayStation or B on Xbox. It increases your chances of making contact with the ball, even if you sacrifice some power.

Just spam the swing button! (Kidding, but seriously, practice makes perfect. Keep refining your timing and you'll get there.)

Honestly, sometimes it's more about the player than the technique. Pick guys with high contact stats to boost your chances.

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
