Email? No. Carrier pigeon? Nope. Best way: go to Steam's website, scroll to the bottom, hit 'Support' and follow the prompts. They've made it pretty easy to get help with whatever game or account issue you're facing.

To contact Steam support, just head over to their website and look for the 'Support' link at the bottom of the page. You'll be directed to a page where you can search for your issue or browse through common topics. If you can't find an answer, there will be an option to contact them directly!

Just google it, lol. Seriously though, all roads lead to Steam's support section on their website.

Honestly, contacting Steam directly can be a bit of a maze. But, from experience, patience is key. Go through their support page carefully, pick the category that best fits your problem, and then you can submit a request. They do get back to you, but it might take a bit.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company. The logos and other identifying marks attached are trademarks of and owned by each represented company and/or its affiliates. Please visit each company's website for additional terms and conditions.
