Easiest way: open the app, go to your profile, hit the three dots in the top right corner, then select 'Report a Problem'. You can then choose the issue you need help with and TikTok's support team will get back to you.

You can email TikTok support at feedback@tiktok.com for general inquiries or reach them through their Help Center. Just be patient; responses might take a bit!
I had an issue last month, and I contacted them through their Twitter handle @TikTokSupport. They responded pretty quickly!
