Hot take: You don鈥檛 need a pressure cooker at all. A big ol' pot and some patience work just as well.

No pressure cooker? No problem! Just use a regular pot and cook on low heat. It might take longer, but you鈥檒l still get delicious results.

Use a Dutch oven or a heavy-bottomed pot instead. They鈥檙e perfect for slow cooking and getting all those flavors to meld together.
