To copy text from a Facebook post, just highlight the text, right-click, and select 'Copy'. If it’s on mobile, press and hold the text until you see the option to copy.
I've done this a bunch of times: Just right-click on the post (or tap and hold on mobile), and you'll see options to share or copy!
