Use high-velocity AP shells if you can. They usually penetrate the T-34's sloped armor more effectively.

Flank it! The side armor is much weaker, so try to hit it from the sides or the rear whenever possible.

Try using planes to bomb it. A well-placed bomb can take it out without having to deal with its tough armor directly!
