Honestly, tanky heroes and healers usually do the job. My team with Martha and Galahad never sweats against K'arkh.

Just max out your Astaroth. That guy's shield is K'arkh's worst nightmare.

Use Astaroth to block his main attack with his shield. Jhu or Keira can also burst him down quickly before he becomes a threat.
