Just buy it from Nook's Cranny if you're not into the whole crafting thing. Sometimes, the DIY life isn't for everyone.

Totally made my slingshot yesterday! You need 5 hardwood pieces. Super easy to find if you just hit the trees around your island with your axe. Crafting it gives you this awesome feeling, like 'Yeah, I'm ready to pop some balloons!'

To craft a slingshot in Animal Crossing, you first need to unlock the DIY recipe for it. You can do this by buying the Pretty-Good Tools Recipes from the Nook's Cranny shop for 3,000 bells. Once you have the recipe, head over to any DIY workbench and use 5 hardwood pieces to craft your slingshot. Keep those eyes on the sky for balloons!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
