You don't need to craft adhesive. There's plenty if you know where to look. I never run out.
Crafting adhesive in Fallout 76 is easier than finding duct tape in the wasteland! Just head to any cooking station and look for the 'Utility' section. You'll need to gather 2 Purified Water, 2 Corn, 2 Mutfruit, and 1 Tato. Mix them together to get your sticky fixin's in the form of Vegetable Starch, which breaks down into adhesive when scrapped. Happy crafting!
Adhesive? Just loot EVERYTHING! But seriously, if you're crafting, Vegetable Starch is your friend. It scraps into adhesive. Corn + Mutfruit + Tato + Purified Water at a cooking station. Boom - you're basically a glue factory.
If you run out of adhesive, you're not playing right. Just mix up some veggies and water at any cooking station.
