To create a water source on the Cyclops, you'll need the Water Filtration Machine blueprint, which you can find in locations like the Degasi Seabases. Once you have it, build it in your Cyclops' interior if you have the appropriate resources.

Just bring a bunch of large water bottles with you before you leave your base. Trust me, it's easier than fiddling with machines in the depths.

Install a Modification Station on your Cyclops and use it to craft a ThermoBlade. Cook fish on-the-fly and get some H2O immediately from the fish you catch!

Honestly, the best way is to just stockpile Disinfected Water in your lockers before heading out. I learned this the hard way while almost dehydrating near the Lost River!

You can't directly create a water source on the Cyclops itself, but you can install a Fabricator and bring lots of Bladderfish to make filtered water.
