From my own grind, trust me, you’re gonna need a Clan Dojo first. Go to your Dojo's build menu, select the Drydock, and gather all necessary materials to complete construction. Took me a bit, but totally worth it!

You'll need a Clan Dojo! Go to your Clan menu, and in the Dojo's build options, you'll find the Drydock room. Slap that bad boy down with the required resources, and you're golden!
