Once you've got those, head to any Tech Lab (Purah’s is my go-to spot) and interact with the workbench there. You'll be able to craft energy cells using the materials you've collected. Just remember, these materials aren't easy to come by, so choose wisely when crafting!

Honestly, don't even bother crafting energy cells. The game throws enough resources at you that you can easily get by without them. Focus on upgrading your gear and mastering runes instead!
