Just plant flowers next to each other and water them. Nature does the rest.

Cross-pollination in Animal Crossing is a great way to get new flower colors and varieties! First, you'll want to plant your flowers in a checkerboard pattern, leaving space for new flowers to sprout. Make sure to water your flowers daily, and if you can, get friends to water them too since that increases the chances of cross-pollination. Before you know it, you'll have a garden bursting with color!

Cross-pollination? Just keep watering and hope for the best. Too much hassle for flowers if you ask me.

Everyone's saying to just water them, but don't forget the checkerboard pattern! I tried random patterns at first and got nowhere. Once I switched to checkerboard planting, my garden exploded with new colors. It's like the game knows what you're trying to do!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
