Easy! When you host a game, go to the laptop in the lobby. All the custom settings are there. Mess around with player speed, task amount, kill cooldown, etc.
As someone who hosts a lot of games, I'd recommend creating a private lobby, and then just click on the laptop in the dropship area to adjust all the settings. Sometimes I tweak player speed for a little extra chaos!
