You can't deactivate a specific PS4 remotely, but you can go to the Sony website and select 'Deactivate All' to log out of all devices. Just know you can only do this once every six months.

Call Sony Customer Support. They can help you out if the online methods aren't working or if you've hit your limit on deactivations.

Just log into your PSN account on the web, go to Account Management, and hit the 'Deactivate All Devices' button. Easy peasy!

Not a fan of that PS4 anymore? Head to the PSN website, sign into your account, and choose 'Console Sharing and Offline Play' to deactivate all devices.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
