Dealing with the Nutcracker in Lethal Company is all about teamwork and resource management. Make sure you're always stocked up on scrap to build traps and keep your weapons upgraded. Stick together as a team, because the Nutcracker can easily pick off lone players. Always listen for its cues, as this monstrosity makes distinct sounds when it's near.
If you've got the guts, baiting the Nutcracker into traps is my personal favorite. It wastes a bit of resources but seeing that thing get squashed is oh so satisfying. Just make sure you have an escape route planned!
