Sorry to break it to you, but you can't actually deattach the Quarantine Enforcement Platform in Subnautica!
From personal experience, you can't deattach the platform, but you can disable it by going to the control room with an Alien Tablet. Trust me, it's a game-changer once it's off!
Deattaching isn't possible, but to deactivate the Quarantine Enforcement Platform, head to the control room with an Alien Tablet and shut it down.
