Make sure there are no vehicles docked in the Moonpool and that it's not connected to other structures. Then use the Habitat Builder to deconstruct it.

First-hand tip: Before deconstructing my Moonpool, I always ensure it's empty and save the game. Better safe than sorry, right?

To deconstruct a Moonpool, just make sure it鈥檚 empty and no power is running through it, then use your Habitat Builder.

Honestly, just zap it with the Habitat Builder. Empty it first, though.
