Turn those poles into a feature instead of an eyesore! Wrap them in rope lights or fairy lights for a soft, ambient glow. If you're feeling artsy, you could also paint them to match your rec room's theme or turn them into faux trees or totem poles. If you're into sports, how about wrapping them in your team's colors?

Honestly, just throw a bunch of bean bags around them and call it a day. Makes for a great conversation piece and you don't have to try too hard.

I actually wrapped my support poles in colored velcro fabric and now my kids use them as a part of their obstacle course. It's functional, adds a pop of color, and the kiddos love it. Plus, it's a unique way to keep them active indoors.

Camouflage them with curtains! Set up a tension rod between two poles and hang some nice, floor-length curtains. It gives the illusion of a more divided space, and you can use the curtains to hide the poles or create cozy little nooks.

If you're a Rec Room player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Rec Room gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
