Easiest way? Just avoid the gym and don't let CJ workout there. Also, gotta lay off those high-protein meals and snacks. If CJ keeps avoiding exercise and eats less, those muscles will shrink in no time!

Actually, just starve CJ. No food, no muscle. Simple as that.

Let CJ live like a couch potato. No gym, no problem. Muscles will vanish before you know it.

Just keep your character away from the gym and stop feeding him so much. Muscle loss comes naturally when you don't maintain it. Also, make CJ run around a lot - cardio depletes muscle if you don't balance it with strength exercises.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
