Cheats, if you're not above it. Typing 'AEZAKMI' freezes your wanted level. Use 'TURNDOWNTHEHEAT' to clear your wanted level completely. Note: Using cheats can disable achievements, so use them wisely!

lol, just don’t get caught. But seriously, police bribes are your best friends. Also, changing your clothes can help you lower the wanted level. The cops in San Andreas apparently can’t recognize you in a new shirt.
