When Bowser starts spinning towards you, do a spin attack to knock him back. Then, chase him down and do another spin attack to deal damage. Repeat this a few times, and Bowser will go down!
You have to use the green spots that appear when Bowser slams the ground. Perform a spin attack on his tail when he鈥檚 vulnerable, and watch him get zapped by the mines!
Just keep jumping and spinning! Dodge his fire breath and tail slams, then attack when he's stunned. A few cycles, and you'll have him beat.
