Hot take: It's practically impossible without the password. Better find that password first!
Been there, done that! I had to go through the 'Forgot Password' process, then went to Settings -> Your Facebook Information -> Deactivation and Deletion.
If you don't have the password, try using the 'Forgot Password' feature to reset it. Once you've got access, you can delete your account!
