First-hand experience here: I've deleted a few pages. Just hop into the 'Settings' of the page, scroll down under 'General,' and look for 'Remove Page.' Click it, and confirm. Poof, it's gone!
Super easy! Go to your page settings, click on the 'General' tab, and find the 'Remove Page' option at the bottom. Confirm the deletion, and you're done!
Deleting is overrated, just unpublish it and call it a day.
