Just factory reset your PS3 and remove the account from your console. The account itself won't be deleted, but it won't be on your PS3 anymore.

Hey there! Unfortunately, you can't delete a PSN account directly from the PS3. You'll need to contact PlayStation Support and request the deletion. Good luck!
