Open Snapchat, tap your profile icon, go to 'My Friends,' tap and hold the contact you want to delete, then choose 'Remove Friend.' Easy peasy!

From personal experience, just tap your Bitmoji or profile icon, scroll to 'My Friends,' then long-press the contact and hit 'Remove Friend.' Done and dusted!
