To delete a user account on your PS4, go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User, then select the user you want to delete and confirm. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Just go to Settings, then to Login Settings, then User Management, and finally select Delete User. Choose the account you want to delete and confirm.
