You can use Facebook’s Activity Log to batch delete posts. Go to your profile, click the three dots, and select Activity Log. Use the filters to find posts, then delete in bulk.
Sorry to break it to ya, but there’s no one-click solution. You'll have to manually delete your posts or use filters to speed up the process.
Pro tip: Deleting posts in bulk can be done via Facebook’s desktop site using third-party browser extensions. Just make sure they’re reputable!
Done it myself! Used the Activity Log, selected multiple posts at a time, and hit delete. Took a while, but it’s doable.
