Well, you can't tragically bulk delete posts directly on Instagram, but you can archive them all! Just go to each post, tap the three dots, and select 'Archive.' It'll hide them from your profile without permanently deleting them.

Try using third-party apps like InstaClean or Cleaner for IG if you want to delete posts in bulk. Just be careful with your credentials!

The manual way: tap each post, hit the three dots, and delete. Lather, rinse, repeat... for every single post.
